UN Youth Diplomacy Summer School

Oana Marinescu, managing director of OMA Vision, delivered a presentation on the strategic role that Public Diplomacy can play for supporting the national interests of a country, on the occasion of the Diplomacy Summer School organized by the UN Youth Association in Bucharest between 25 and 31 July 2013.

 

The audience consisted in 50 students from Romania and abroad eager to enrich their knowledge and understanding of diplomacy. Other speakers attending the conference were: Sen. Mircea Geoană - President of the Aspen Institute Romania; MP Laszlo Borbely - President of the Foreign Policy Committee, Romanian Chamber of Deputies; Presidential counselor Cristian Diaconescu; former Minister Nicolae Spiroiu and Cristian Gaginsky - government and legal affairs manager, Ford Romania.
