BIC Romania was founded in 2000, but the products were present on the market since the early 1990s.
BIC Romania wanted to offer its General Manager for Central South-East Region Europe CP a bespoke communication training program covering the subjects as diverse as communication with tact at the executive level and in difficult situations, cross-cultural communication, presentation skills development, and emotionally intelligent communication at the top management level.
The OMA Vision office is a cozy, welcoming place, where the personalities and energies of the people in the team blend in a beautiful way. I felt good the first moment I stepped in, and when I started to talk to Oana about my communication improvement needs, I felt at ease “emptying my bag” and allowing her to look into the problem. Delicate in appearance yet so powerful, determined, and clear, Oana reminded me of the enormous power of words and their effect on others and myself, while she structured, cleared, and enriched the non-scientific knowledge I had on communication. At the end of our sessions, my conclusion was that an important part of the communication I wrote before should have been written significantly different, with a much better result towards the objectives I was following.
