TOTAL Romania wanted to create a unique experience to round off its first decade on the Romanian market. The company intended not only to give its employees the chance to celebrate together and thank them for their loyalty, hard work, and reliability, but also to reassess the role that values play in TOTAL’s endeavors and growth, and analyze the drives behind the company’s hallmark achievements.
OMA Vision supported TOTAL Romania throughout the anniversary experience with an internal communication strategy designed to help people of TOTAL identify and assume their common values, reveal the deep connections within the team and between people and their organization. OMA Vision designed, implemented, and moderated the concept of a strategic workshop at the top management level, aiming at identifying the company’s values and strategic directions of action.
OMA Vision designed guidelines for the company’s communication policy and strategy and concluded the process with two projects: one was a PR strategy focused on the anniversary, and the other one was an internal communication campaign - People of TOTAL. This project was meant to bring together all members of the TOTAL team, regardless of their rank or location, to share their sense of purpose and of having found the right place in their working life with the company. A series of unconventional interviews and photo-sessions with People of TOTAL revealed remarkable portraits and endearing stories of life, vocation, friendship, inspiration, wellbeing, and joy – a solid foundation to further projects of internal and external communication. For us, People of TOTAL remains an enduring example of meaningful communication.
OMA Vision continued the collaboration with TOTAL Romania, providing concept creation, development and PR support for organizational communication projects and special events.
